About Me

Hello and welcome! 

My name is Courtney Bales. I am 25 years old, and I will soon begin my dream career as a registered nurse with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My amazing husband, Matt, and I will recently welcomed our sweet baby, Jena Grace, into the world. She is the sweetest blessing. I never knew how much I needed her. Matt would tell you the same thing. When I am not taking care of my precious girl, you'll probably find me in my kitchen baking yummy goodies! 

Above everything, I love Jesus with all of my heart and soul. My precious daddy has been with Him in Heaven since July 9th, 2021. 

I do not claim to be an expert on the things of Jesus Christ; however, I know that He holds my entire life in His hands. I may fall and I may fail but Jesus looks at me and sees His precious, priceless daughter. It is my prayer that you are able to feel His vast love as it pours over you this very moment and each one that follows. Sink into His presence and breathe deeply as He fills your heart with unimaginable peace. All that is left to do is believe.

My most sincere intention for this page is to exude complete transparency and tell you about my Savior, Jesus Christ, and how He has saved my life. If you have already accepted Him as your Lord and Savior, I wish you could hear my shriek of excitement because we are FAMILY in Christ. I pray that my words will encourage you as you walk through life with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. 

Everything in my life is not perfect. In fact, my life is not in the least bit perfect. Period. The words that I type are not written to point fingers at you or beat you over the back with my Bible, that just isn’t what Jesus is about. As I type each word on this page, they bounce right off and envelop my heart so that I can truly see how God sees me and who I am in Him. He is not disappointed in me. He is not disappointed in you. I pray that you will go on this journey with me as we grow in Jesus’ immeasurable love for us.
